CASE STUDY
PUTTING THE FOREST ON THE AGENDA
How can the topic of forests be presented to an urban audience?
Schutzgemeinschaft Deutscher Wald (an association to protect German forests) aims to bring the topic of forests to life for urban audiences, and appeal to all the senses, with “Waldhaus”, a museum with a restaurant and hotel.
In order to live up to the high service standard of our client, we devised a special job rotation system for all departments. This not only facilitates strong identification with the interactive museum itself, but also ensures that all employees have the necessary expertise.
MIGNON supported the project from the initial planning phase through to the opening. Two years after the opening, the museum was handed over to the operator for day-to-day operation.
